At Release the Woman In Overwhelm, we are not claiming to have all of the answers, or claiming that you will never feel overwhelmed again, but we do promise to give it a go and to make sure we're having fun whilst trying.
Our motto is 'Be a COW' - Courageous Outrageous Woman. Our overwhelm may not disappear anytime soon, so why not just embrace it, learn from it and have a fabulous time trying to overcome it?
There are a few things we ask of you for being a part of Release the Woman In Overwhelm.
- - You are female (sorry guys)
- - You are willing to try and let go of your overwhelm (at least some of the time)
- - You are willing to have fun
Overwhelm can come from so many different places. It may be your job, your family, your friends or maybe even yourself! One thing I know for sure, is that there is a world of overwhelmed women out there trying to be everything to everyone all of the time. Your causes of overwhelm may be with you for a really long time, so why not try and have fun along the way.
YOU deserve to live a fabulous life.
Through our events events and 'Be a COW' membership, we aim to connect with as many women as possible, to bring back the life and laughter within us.
